We've been cookie mad these two days. More detail about that this weekend, but I liked the way this cookie looked in closeup. A bit too much baking soda and too much creaming I think. Perhaps a bit more sugar. It tasted nice though. It was this particular group's last lesson with me and it was in the afternoon, so we had a bit of fun. It was a very pleasant way to end a two year relationship with a group of kids.
